Newborn Session
A newborn session is typically done within the first 3 weeks of the baby's life if possible. These sessions are always done in Olivia's studio and usually take around 2 hours.
This session can include immediate family members (mom, dad, brothers/sisters), although I do recommend young siblings only coming for part of the session.
Blankets, swaddles, wraps, hats and headbands are provided by the photographer but clients are welcome to bring specific items for baby to be photographed with. Just remember, Olivia's style is very simple, and does not include the use of a lot of props.
BOOKING: Please have your due date booking on our calendar at least 1 moth prior to your due date. As soon as you have your baby, call-text-email the studio to setup your official time for your newborn session. BUT don’t freak out if you didn’t get on the calendar early, email and see if there is availability!
Session Fee is $250. It includes Olivia's time & talent, up to 2 hours of shooting time in the studio, post processing time (time it takes to hand edit and retouch each photo), an online gallery of proofs to make your selections from and a in-studio order session to place your print/digital order.
The session fee does not include any digital files or prints.
Clients may select and purchase prints, products and digital files a la carte, or purchase a print or digital collection.
The minimum order for a newborn session is $500.

Basic Baby Session Package $500
The Basic Baby Package includes 3 sessions in the first year. Newborn, 6 month and 1 year.
Each session includes Olivia's time and talent, shooting time in the studio, post processing time to hand edit and retouch each photo, and an online gallery of proofs to make your selections from and a in-studio order session to place your print/digital order. Each session will have its own gallery and order session. The Package fee does not include any digital files or prints.
Each session must result in a minimum a la carte print and/or file order of $500 OR the purchase of a print or digital collection.
This package expires after the baby has turned 18 months old. (if you choose to offset sessions from 6 and 12 months)

These files are high resolution and are ideal for print, and can be enlarged and reproduced by a recommended professional print lab. (your digital files will also be available for direct download from your proofing site with the purchase of this collection)
Single Digital File $95- high resolution digital image ideal for print, and can be enlarged and reproduced by a recommended professional print lab.

Please note:
All print & digital orders must be paid in full before order is processed. Olivia Reed Photography accepts cash, checks and all major credit cards. Checks returned by the bank, for any reason, will be charged a $25 service charge. Pricing does not include sales tax.
*Due to production delays, all print products ordered through Olivia are taking 3-4 weeks time to arrive.
